From elegant colonial revivals to renovated logging shacks, Bayside real estate showcases a diversity of homes. This well-rounded neighborhood includes part of Everett's central business district and the waterfront. Expect to find: small business, corporate offices, wide tree-lined streets and turn of the century architecture here. Everett High School is located in Bayside
Boulevard Bluffs real estate is mainly comprised of new single family homes and condos. Expect to find: new construction, large lots, spacious homes and outstanding views of Port Gardner Bay.
Cascade View is a community in South Everett just north of Everett Mall. Expect to find: convenient shopping, easy access to transportation, single family homes, ranchers, town homes, condos and new construction.
Delta is just north of downtown Everett with great views of the Cascaeds and the Snohomish river. Expect to find: new construction, single family homes, condos, great public parks and recreation.
Everett Mall South
Everett Mall South is the community that surrounds the popular Everett Mall. The community has a good mix of commercial and residential real estate. Expect to find: great shopping, a fair number of new condominium developments, lots of spacious new single family homes and easy access to I-5.
Evergreen is a residential area in South Everett with a wide diversity of homes. Expect to find: Single family homes, craftsman homes, new construction, condominiums, Beverly Lake and beautiful groupings of large evergreen trees.
Glacier View is a residential neighborhood just south of downtown Everett. Expect to find: craftsman homes, california bungalows, mid century modern homes, great neighbors and a strong pride in the community.
The combined neighborhoods of Harborview, Seahurst and Glenhaven are on the south side of Port Gardner Bay. This century old residential neighborhood is now home to over 900 families. Expect to find: new construction, craftman homes, colonial revial homes, American foursquare homes, public parks, great views of the Cascades and the Pacific Ocean.
Holly is in South Everett, a short drive to Boeing, a major employer in the area. Expect to find: new condominum developments, commercial real estate and single family homes here.
On the western banks of the Snohomish River just south of downtown, Lowell was once its own town and still has it's own unique identity. Expect to find: quiet residential streets lined with single family homes built prior to 1939, new construction and few highrises.
Hugged by the Snohomish river just northwest of downtown, the community of Northwest is one of the oldest and most walkable neighborhoods in Everett. Most homes here were built prior to 1939 and almost all of them were built before 1959. Expect to find: tree lined streets, historic craftsman homes, waterfront parks, lots of people out walking, joggers and friendly faces.
Pinehurst-Beverly Park is a comfortable mix of residential and commercial real estate in South Eerett. Expect to find: small historic homes, local businesses, and access to the Interurban Trail for walking, running, biking and inline skating.
Port Gardner is comprised of three uniques residential areas: Rucker Hill, Grand Hill and Longfellow District. These established residential neighborhoods are offset by pockets of retail small businesses. Expect to find: historic craftsman homes, colonial revival homes and American Foursquare homes built prior to 1919. You'll also find some condos, new construction and easy access to downtown.
Riverside is just northeast of downtown. Formerly a scrappy dockside community, Riverside is a residential neighborhood of mainly single family homes. What to expect: small bungalows, modest lots, young first time home owners, great access to the I-5.
Close to Silver Lake, this suburban community is in Southeast Everett. Expect to find: Great family neighborhood with fairly large homes on big lots, single-family homes, new construction and a few condos
South Forest Park
Close to downtown, South Forest Park is a residential neighborhood built alongside the evergreens of Forest Park. Expect to find: a mixture of single family homes and condos in a suburban setting.
Valley View-Sylvan Crest-Larimer Ridge
Valley View-Sylvan Crest-Larimer Ridge is in Southeast Everett, separated from other neighborhoods by the I-5. Expect to find: single-family homes in a suburban setting, families, wonderful valley views, mountain views and well-kept homes.
View Ridge-Madison is a residential neighborhood in central Everett, near downtown. Expect to find: single-family homes in a suburban setting, parks with views of the bay, two elementary schools, small businesses and a public farmer's market.
Westmont is a community in southwest Everett with a large variey of new condominium developments. Expect to find: the Walter E. Hall Golf Course, Everett skate park, schools at all levels, easy access to Evergreen Way shopping. Westmont is a short drive to the Boeing plant and Fluke Corp.
